Tour Providers: Clearly communicate your cancellation policy to riders.

4. Safety First!

Riders: Follow all safety guidelines and listen to your guides.

Tour Providers: Prioritize rider safety and provide clear safety instructions.

All users must follow Leave No Trace principles and respect the environment.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant OFFRDZ license to use shared content for promotional purposes.

7. Liability and Insurance

Riders: You participate in off-road activities at your own risk.

Tour Providers: You must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your operations.

8. OFFRDZ as a Platform

OFFRDZ is a marketplace platform. We want to make it clear that:

• OFFRDZ does not own, operate, or control any off-road vehicles or tours.
• We are not responsible for the actions of tour providers or riders.
• We strive to vet tour providers but cannot guarantee their services.
• Contracts for services are between riders and tour providers directly.

By using OFFRDZ, you acknowledge that we are not liable for issues arising from interactions between users or participation in off-road activities.

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between riders and tour providers, OFFRDZ will provide a mediation platform but is not responsible for outcomes.

10. Fees and Payments

Riders: You agree to pay the listed price for tours booked through OFFRDZ.

Tour Providers: You agree to our commission structure for bookings made through the platform.

11. Termination of Service

OFFRDZ reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
